What you would do as our Senior Technical Specification and Support Manager As our Senior Technical Specification and Support Manager, you will act as the organisation's senior technical authority across electronic access control systems.

This role is focused on technical leadership, system design, training, and aftersales support ensuring robust, scalable, and compliant solutions across the UK & Ireland.

You will lead complex solution design, support delivery and escalation functions, and drive technical capability across internal teams and partner networks.

You would also:• Act as the technical authority for electronic access control systems, ensuring best-practice design, deployment, and assistance.• Lead the design and validation of complex access control solutions, including integrations and high-risk or strategic projects.• Own and enhance the technical compentency of the organisation and partners through structured training and knowledge transfer.• Provide 2nd line technical assistance and escalation management, ensuring high service quality and rapid resolution of complex issues.• Act as a critical interface between product, engineering, support, and the field, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
