As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the heart of driving sales growth to Non Key Account or New customers to Biosite. You’ll take ownership of prospecting, closing deals, and meeting/exceeding monthly sales targets, with a key focus on developing new business opportunities and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will be accountable for your pipeline management, lead conversion, and ensuring consistent, measurable sales success. This role will be 60% New Business with 40% developing our Non Enterprise customers to increase spend and the products they procure.
You would also:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by winning new business in the construction industry and managing the sales pipeline.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms, setting and closing appointments.
- Deliver tailored sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and communicate the value of products or services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing needs and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Forecast sales, manage CRM data, track performance metrics, and collaborate with key account teams.
