What you would do as our Business Marketing Specialist

Reporting to the Director and Head of Marketing and Customer Excellence, this role is at the heart of marketing and communication activities from analyzing market needs and competitive trends to developing and executing strategies that activate commercial opportunities. A key role supporting our business units, the Business Marketing Specialist designs and delivers marketing materials that enhance visibility, generate qualified leads and ensure successful product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing direct marketing initiatives, including targeted email campaigns, sales-focused webinars and multichannel acquisition strategies.
  • Coordinating successful product launches by developing comprehensive launch packages in collaboration with Product Managers and aligning content development with communication teams.
  • Effectively communicating product and service information to clients, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Conducting market and competitive analyses and providing strategic recommendations to refine positioning.
  • Managing and maintaining the product database accurately and consistently across descriptions, technical data, pricing and availability.
  • Managing and implementing programs, including tailored actions and offers while driving engagement through program promotion, regular communication and performance tracking.

The skills and experience you need

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (preferably a Master's degree).
  • Experience in marketing and business development preferably within critical infrastructure and apply knowledge of B2B marketing channels.
  • The skills to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and business plans leveraging analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • The ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders demonstrating interpersonal skills as well as the ability to promote and facilitate marketing department activities with business units.
  • Fluency in English and ideally additional languages such as Spanish or French; exhibits curiosity, creativity and a proactive approach to learning.
