We are looking for a Service Engineer to support our commercial and industrial door products in the West Midlands.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
- Complete work assigned by the planning department.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
- Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits at customer sites.
- Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades.
- Attend same-day callouts to ensure building security.
- Travel to various customer locations within your region.
- Work within our "Safety First" culture.
Qualifications
- Experience as both a mechanical and electrical engineer.
