Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service visits, call-outs, and installation projects to ensure delivery targets are met.
- Allocate engineers and resources effectively, ensuring they have all required information, parts, RAMS, and documentation to complete jobs efficiently.
- Monitor job progress, maintain up-to-date engineer schedules, and proactively resolve operational or scheduling issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, confirming appointments, and maintaining excellent service levels.
- Ensure installations and service work meet quality, safety, and contractual standards, while supporting accurate invoicing and prompt payment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role, ideally within a service or installation environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service and telephone communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- General office administration experience and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
