We are looking for a Product Manager to take full ownership of the adjacent and complementary product portfolio, ensuring it is commercially focused, technically robust, and aligned with wider business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to shape product strategy, driving product direction in line with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Lead the commercialisation of products from concept through to launch, ensuring strong market positioning and effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage pricing, margins, and supplier relationships, balancing technical understanding with commercial acumen while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, aligning product strategy with business and market needs.
  • Own portfolio performance, combining technical expertise with a commercial focus on pricing and profitability.
  • Support and train sales teams while partnering with marketing to drive effective channel strategies.
  • Manage suppliers, data accuracy, and continuous improvements to optimise performance and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a product management role.
  • Experience using AX ERP systems or similar.
  • Knowledge of digital, access control, or power supply products.
  • Strong understanding of product management principles and processes.
  • Confidence as an IT user with Microsoft Office skills and the ability to deliver presentations.
