We are actively seeking a Service Engineer in the East Midlands to support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and same‑day call-outs for our Commercial and Industrial door products. This role requires a customer‑centric approach and strong engineering skills.
Responsibilities
- Fulfil customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
- Complete work assigned by the planning department.
- Provide advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
- Carry out PPM visits at customer sites.
- Execute quoted repairs and upgrades.
- Attend same‑day call‑outs, ensuring building security.
- Travel to various customer locations within the region.
- Work within our “Safety First” culture.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a mechanical and/or electrical engineer.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and providing first‑class service.
- Positive and decisive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent team‑player attitude and collaborative approach.
