We are looking for a Service Engineer to support planned preventative maintenance (PPM), respond to same‑day call‑outs, and perform scheduled repairs and upgrades on ASSA ABLOY commercial and industrial doors. The role is customer‑facing and requires a strong commitment to service excellence and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Complete work assigned by the planning department.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
  • Conduct PPM visits at customer sites.
  • Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades.
  • Attend same‑day call‑outs to ensure building security.
  • Travel to various customer locations within the region.
