We are seeking a Service Engineer located in the East of England. Join our Service Engineer Community and represent our brand with a customer‑centric approach across a range of commercial and industrial doors.

Responsibilities

  • Support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits at customer sites.
  • Respond to same‑day call-outs and scheduled repairs and upgrades.
  • Complete work assigned by the planning department in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide advice and guidance to customers on repairs and upgrades.
  • Travel to various customer locations within the region.
  • Work within our “Safety First” culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a mechanical and electrical engineer.
  • Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering first‑class service.
