Reporting to the European Business Development Director, you will build a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities and will be assigned Named End user Accounts within your given region and ensure all growth targets are achieved. You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and drive project specification.

As our End User Business Development Manager, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Building a pipeline of new Enterprise opportunities from the fortune 2000.
- Field based position with 60% of your time spent travelling and visiting customers.
- Managing & developing assigned named end user accounts within your region.
- Ability to close opportunities in order to achieve targets.
- Developing and executing the Account Strategy for all end user accounts, including account plans.
- Introducing the latest products and solutions to all opportunities.
- Supporting and delivering training to consultants and specifiers in region where required.
- Conducting regular market analysis to determine the customer’s needs.
- Representing the company at trade shows, customer events and association meetings.
- Collaborating across different business areas in HID to efficiently deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
- Maintaining end user & consultant details, activities and opportunities using CRM.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all HID Products and competitive products.
- Preparing and submitting accurate forecasts on a regular basis using the tools provided.
- Delivering excellent customer service.

Your Experience and Education include:
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience direct sales and/or managing key accounts.
- Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets.
- Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
- Experience in a solution selling environment specifically SaaS and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work as a self-starter, but also work effectively as part of a team.
- Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
