Key Accountabilities
- Define and execute the operations strategy to improve productivity, throughput, and service.
- Lead manufacturing, planning, procurement, logistics, and installation activities.
- Drive OTIF performance, capacity planning, and production efficiency.
- Embed lean and continuous improvement (OEE, SMED, waste reduction).
- Ensure excellence in quality, compliance, and safety standards.
- Optimise supply chain performance and cost management.
- Lead, develop, and engage high‑performing teams.
Candidate Profile
- Senior operations leader with experience in manufacturing or engineered products.
- Proven track record delivering operational transformation and performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean methodologies, and supply chain management.
- Commercially aware, hands‑on, and results‑driven.
- Effective leader with strong influencing and people development capability.
Qualifications
- Degree/HNC in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related discipline (preferred).
- Lean / CI experience advantageous.
