We are looking for a Service Engineer across the UK with mechanical and electrical engineering experience to support Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), respond to same‑day call outs and carry out scheduled repairs and upgrades on ASSA ABLOY commercial and industrial door products. This customer‑facing role requires excellent service skills and a Safety First culture.

Responsibilities

  • Fulfil customer requirements in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Complete work assigned by the planning department.
  • Provide advice and guidance on repairs and upgrades.
  • Complete PPM visits at customer sites.
  • Carry out quoted repairs and upgrades.
  • Attend same‑day call outs to ensure building security.
