As a Graphics & Motion Designer, you will have the opportunity to develop a range of assets to support the Product Development Team’s Go-To-Market and Product Marketing activities for the global Key & Asset Management (KAM) function. Reporting to the GTM Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for creating a range of assets with flair whilst working within brand guidelines and will be used to support print, event and digital campaigns, communications and channels. Example assets include but are not limited to: brochures, datasheets, presentations, mailshots, pull-up banners, posters, stand/booth design, digital advertisements, website banners, web pages, SharePoint sites, product renders, animations and social media content such as infographics.
Note that this position is remote, with occasional trips to the UK HQ in Olney or Milton Keynes.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring consistent brand identity across all communications and channels.
- Designing and creating effective visual assets (including design and photography) to capture the attention of customers and prospects.
- Developing, maintaining, and managing marketing collateral, websites, SharePoint pages, and asset libraries to ensure quality, accessibility, and easy discovery.
- Owning the ongoing development and upkeep of digital and physical brand properties.
- Supporting the GTM Enablement Manager by partnering with Regional Marketing teams when additional resourcing is required for go to market or product marketing activities.
Skills and Experience
- Is a qualified graphic designer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, who can demonstrate through a portfolio, use of layouts and designs built through Adobe CC.
- Has the following Graphic Design knowledge: Digital and print. Photography: Static object photography, knowledge of studio set up including lighting, how to use DSLR camera. Motion graphics/Animation: Adobe CC animation tools. Typography. Layout and composition. Photo editing and retouching. Web design basics: compatibility, pixel sizing, file formatting and optimization. Branding: adhering to brand guidelines.
- Has experience with the following software: Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects. Knowledge of these must be to a high level. Adobe Captivate: desirable but can be learned. AEM: an understanding of a similar back-end web tool would still be useful.
- Possess the following creative skills: Concept development, visual storytelling, composition and layout sense, ability to create infographics, storyboarding for animations and videos.
- Has strong time and project management skills, with the ability to learn new tools quickly and effectively manage multiple, changing deadlines.
