We are seeking a senior Operations Workstream Manager to own end-to-end delivery of the Operations stream (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing) within a global SAP S/4HANA program. This role is accountable for outcomes, not advisory input. Success is measured by high-quality process design, disciplined scope control, confident business sign-off, and stable go-lives. The successful candidate would be responsible for operations processes delivered fit-to-standard, with minimal customization. They would have strong ownership of User Acceptance Training, cutover, and hyper care.
You would also:
- Own Operations workstream across Discover > Deploy > Hypercare, lead fit-to-standard workshops and gap decisions in SAP S/4HANA and balance global template discipline with justified local deviations.
- Govern scope, change control, and solution quality, validate testing strategy, scripts, and business sign-offs, and act as primary Operations representative toward business and IT leadership.
The Skills And Experience You Need
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA delivery experience – (not ECC this is a legacy platform) and strong Operations domain knowledge (Production, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics).
- Prior accountability for UAT, cutover, and stabilization and experience in global or multi-country ERP programs and is comfortable challenging both business stakeholders and system integrators.
- Fluency in English.
- The skills to make and defend standardization decisions, has strong communication skills, is pragmatic and structured.
