We are expanding our team and seeking an IT Technician to support our growth. The role involves preparing IT hardware and CCTV for customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely order preparation for installation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Hardware configuration
- Installation and setup of Biosite's software
- Testing and configuring products like Routers, CCTV, and PCs according to customer requirements
- Identifying, resolving, and logging issues related to networking, hardware, or software
- Conducting troubleshooting in person, remotely, or via phone
- Escalating non-conformance issues to supervisors
- Working with the order prep and stores teams to meet KPIs
