Factory Operative at Industrial Door Engineering

Position: Factory Operative

Location: Northwich, Cheshire

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About Us

Industrial Door Engineering is a leading manufacturer of high-quality roller shutter doors and industrial doors. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering the best to our clients, we’re looking for a dedicated and hardworking Factory Operative to join our team.

The Role

As a Factory Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process of our industry-leading roller shutter doors. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, cut, and prepare components for roller shutter doors.
  • Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organised factory environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a factory or manufacturing environment.
