Are you looking for a hands-on role in a successful manufacturing business where your skills are valued and rewarded? Do you enjoy working as part of a team? We're looking for a Warehouse Operative who holds a Counterbalance FLT licence and takes pride in doing a great job and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where every day brings something different. Whether you already have warehouse experience or you're looking to build a career in logistics, we'd love to hear from you. Full training is provided, and we'll support you every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving and unloading deliveries safely and accurately
• Checking incoming goods against delivery paperwork and reporting any issues
• Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Labelling and packaging products to ensure safe transportation
• Supporting stock control activities and inventory checks
• Loading vehicles safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Supporting new starters and contributing to a positive team culture

What We're Looking For

• Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Licence
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Basic numeracy skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and regularly lift items up to 20-25kg
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience using handheld scanners or inventory systems
