Responsibilities- Drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio within the Midlands, in line with company targets and objectives.
- Retain and renew profitable service contracts while supporting the service coordinator.
- Secure new profitable service contracts from target customers within the sales area.
- Promote and sell the full service portfolio.
- Conduct field‑based sales with weekly meetings, reviewing savings, downtime prevention, contract benefits and conversion of new installs into service contracts (>60%).
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate with key account sales and service engineers.
- Work with colleagues on joint projects and provide accurate forecasts to the UK Service Sales Manager.
- Experience in field sales selling service solutions; industry experience beneficial.
- Strong focus on customer account management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
- Full Driving License.
- IT literacy with extensive experience of Microsoft Office.
- Learning and career development opportunities, including online learning, management training and skill enhancement.
