Based in Olney, UK, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating engineering resources to ensure the successful delivery of service, installation, and maintenance activities. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with customers, engineers, and internal teams to ensure efficient scheduling and a high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing day‑to‑day operations and assisting service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule field engineers for reactive call‑outs, installations, and preventative maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource utilisation.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating appointments and providing timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records within service management systems, assisting reporting, KPIs, and data integrity.
- Assist operational processes including quotations, invoicing, stock coordination, and service contract tracking.
- Partner with engineering, project, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of services and resolve scheduling challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles, ideally within a service or operations environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a high‑volume workload in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with both customers and internal teams.
