We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our team in Loughborough!

Who are we? HID powers the trusted identities of the world’s people, places, and things, allowing people to transact safely, work productively and travel freely. IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services. Our contactless identification and sensing (RFID, NFC, and BLE) components and solution enabling technologies address the dynamic requirements across multiple industries to wirelessly connect, identify, collect and manage data quickly and accurately across virtually any IoT application.

As our Sales Administrator, you’ll support HID’s success by:

  • Arranging the despatch of customer sales orders (international and domestic).
  • Carrying out day-to-day sales administrative duties and providing support to the team and customers.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records with accurate client information.
  • Processing concessions, order amendments, and warranty orders.
  • Raising and managing RMA requests and liaising with internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the process to completion.
  • Handling customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Carrying out general administrative duties to support the efficiency of the department.
  • Assisting with Month End and Quarterly financial reporting related to sales (revenue, order intake, maintenance contracts) and RMA’s.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Administration or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
