Are you looking for a new challenge within Marketing? We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Graduate - EMEIA to be enrolled onto our EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Graduate Programme, which will entail a 3 month international secondment to another Market Region within ASSA ABLOY. You will take part in a number of development programmes and will also be assigned a mentor within your local business.

You’ll play a hands‑on role in building brand awareness, driving engagement and supporting revenue growth across our digital channels. As part of the graduate programme, you’ll benefit from structured development, mentoring, and a 3‑month international secondment within another ASSA ABLOY market region. This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious, curious, and keen to develop their digital marketing skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

As a Digital Marketing Graduate, you will:

  • Support the day‑to‑day management of our brand websites, including content updates, new product pages, ongoing optimisation and user experience improvements.
  • Contribute to SEO optimisation, including keyword implementation, on‑page activity, content best practice and performance tracking.
  • Work closely with Product Management and Key Account teams to deliver best‑in‑class content on retailer websites.
  • Support affiliate marketing activity in collaboration with our Paid Media Specialist.
  • Assist with social media content alongside our Digital Communications team.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity, suggesting improvements where relevant.
  • Report on the performance of marketing campaigns using agreed KPIs.
