- Creating and maintaining project plans, assigning duties, managing P&L, tracking costs vs. budget, and ensuring timely change control and customer approvals.
- Acting as the single point of contact for clients and internal teams, chairing regular reviews, escalating issues when needed, and reporting progress to both clients and management.
- Recording time per company policy, ensuring accurate forecasting for invoicing and revenue recognition, and assisting successful project transition into operations.
- Ensuring projects meet time, cost, and quality targets, managing risks and issues with contingency planning, and conforming to TRAKA governance throughout the lifecycle.
- Working closely with Sales, Technical Support, and R&D to identify opportunities, drive improvements, assist business growth, and travel to customer sites when required.
