ASR are supporting an established and rapidly growing interiors brand with the appointment of an Area Sales Manager covering North & East London and surrounding postcodes. This new role has been created due to continued expansion and the splitting of an existing territory.

Role OverviewYou will manage and grow revenue across an established customer base of independent retailers and merchants, building long-term partnerships and increasing brand presence through display wins and consistent service excellence. This position combines account development with new business opportunities — with full autonomy to plan your diary and territory for maximum success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, secure and grow key retail and merchant accounts
- Maximise product display presence and share of wallet within each customer
- Deliver exceptional customer experience and responsive support
- Conduct impactful product training and in-store engagement
- Maintain CRM accuracy (visits, contacts, opportunities, displays, terms etc.)
- Track competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategy
- Represent the brand professionally at all times at customer sites & events
- Provide insight and feedback to drive innovation and continuous improvement
- 3+ years in field sales or strong showroom-based sales experience ready to step up
- Ability to open doors and build commercial trust quickly
- Professional communicator with strong influencing skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and energetic attitude
- Organised, reliable and able to independently manage a wide territory
