This is a relationship-led, consultative role focused on managing and developing a high-performing network of independent retail partners across the South. The region generates circa £5m annually, offering a strong foundation alongside clear growth potential.
This role is centred around account management and long-term relationship building, working closely with a portfolio of independent kitchen studios and retailers. You will act as a trusted partner to your customers — supporting them commercially, developing their businesses, and ensuring they maximise the full potential of the brand. Alongside this, there is scope to identify and onboard new retail partners, further strengthening the regional network.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a portfolio of independent retail accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with showroom owners and sales teams
- Deliver a consultative approach to grow customer performance and sales
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the region
- Support customers with product training, onboarding and ongoing development
- Work closely with internal teams across operations, logistics and customer service
- Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against sales targets
- Experience within kitchens, KBB or the wider interiors sector
- Strong background in account management and relationship-led sales
- Comfortable working with independent retailers / showroom networks
- Commercially aware with a proactive, growth-focused mindset
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build trust
- Organised, self-motivated and able to manage a regional territory
