We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected kitchen manufacturer, known for its strong brand, quality products and continued investment in growth. Due to expansion, they are now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow a key region across the Midlands and M4 corridor.
This role is a good fit for someone with a kitchen or KBB background who understands the route to market across independent showrooms, merchants, and retail partners, and is looking to take ownership of a high-potential area.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and developing an existing customer base, while also identifying and winning new business opportunities across the region. Working closely with independent kitchen studios, national and regional merchants, and retail partners, you will focus on growing brand presence, increasing display space and driving sell-through. This is a field-based role with a strong level of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to build your area and make a real impact.
What We’re Looking For
- Have experience within the kitchen, KBB or interiors sector
- Come from an Area Sales, Business Development or showroom background
- Are commercially driven, proactive and relationship-led
- Have a strong understanding of route to market and customer development
- Are motivated, ambitious and looking to grow within a business
