This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused National Account Manager to take ownership of major retail partnerships and drive growth across a multi-brand portfolio that includes both premium consumer brands and OEM solutions.

You will play a central role in delivering sales strategy, managing key national accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise performance.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of national and major retail accounts, delivering profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to commercial objectives and brand strategy.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with key customer stakeholders, including buyers, category managers, and senior leadership.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across field sales, contract sales, and marketing to activate key initiatives.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, promotions, and display planning to increase sales and brand visibility.

Demonstrable experience managing national or major retail accounts, ideally within the interiors, bathroom, or KBB sectors.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and data-led decision-making.

Flexibility to travel as needed nationally.

Love working across fast-paced, multi-brand environments.

It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone to step up into a National, more strategic role, managing key accounts within the Buying Groups. If you are in a Sales, Area or Regional role that knows the Buying Groups, this will be an ideal step up!

Highly competitive package basic salary up to £70k + EV + Bonus - OTE 85K and a fantastic pension contribution.
