An exciting opportunity to join a premium, design-led European manufacturer operating at the very top end of the interiors market. With a flagship Central London showroom, this global brand delivers bespoke furniture and joinery solutions for some of the most prestigious residential and hospitality projects across London and the UK.

We’re seeking an experienced Contracts / Specification / A&D professional to develop and grow the luxury hospitality, hotel and high-end residential sectors. This is a senior A&D business development role focused on building strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, main contractors and hotel operators, driving projects from concept through to completion.

Projects typically range from £200k to £10m+, with an average value of £3–4m, covering truly high-end, landmark properties across London.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying new projects, developing key client relationships and positioning this premium brand at the specification stage. Working closely with the design community, you’ll manage a strong pipeline of luxury projects while representing the brand at industry events and client meetings.

This role suits someone who is commercially sharp, relationship-led and confident, operating within the A&D, contracts and luxury interiors space.
