We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to take ownership of the A&D channel — building and nurturing relationships with architects, interior designers and high-end developers.

The Opportunity

  • This is a showroom-based role, focused on developing specification opportunities at concept stage and positioning the brand as a preferred partner across prime and super-prime residential projects.
  • You will be the face of the brand within the London design community — confident hosting client meetings in the showroom, attending industry events, and proactively developing new relationships across the A&D sector.
  • Projects range from luxury private residences through to high-end developments, where design integrity, craftsmanship and detail are paramount.

The Role

  • Develop and strengthen relationships across architects and interior designers.
  • Identify and convert specification opportunities from early concept through to order.
  • Grow market share within the London luxury residential sector.
  • Host client meetings and presentations within the showroom.
  • Represent the brand at key industry and networking events.
  • Manage a strong pipeline of projects and report activity effectively.

This role requires someone commercially astute, relationship-focused and confident operating within the luxury design space.

About You

  • Proven experience selling luxury furniture, interiors or architectural systems.
  • Established relationships within the A&D community.
  • Strong understanding of the specification process.
  • Comfortable working on high-value, design-led projects.
  • Polished, professional and confident presenting in a showroom environment.
  • Experience within premium European furniture brands would be highly advantageous.
