An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a premium interiors manufacturer with an outstanding reputation for quality, innovation and design‑led products across the UK interiors market. We are looking to appoint a commercially driven and proactive Business Development Manager to manage and develop the South Central region, ideally based around Oxford, Bristol or the wider South Central area.
This role will focus on developing sales through both distribution partners and mid to high‑end independent retail showrooms, representing a recognised luxury brand within the interiors sector. The successful individual will inherit circa 150 live accounts across the region, offering a strong platform of existing business alongside substantial opportunities to further develop relationships, increase market share and win new business opportunities.
We are looking for someone with a hands‑on approach — an individual prepared to roll their sleeves up, identify opportunities, develop accounts and drive growth across both existing and prospective customers.
The role will involve:
- Managing and developing independent retail showroom accounts
- Building relationships with distribution partners
- Driving new business opportunities across the region
- Increasing brand presence and product engagement
- Identifying and developing small project and contract opportunities
- Supporting showroom teams through product training and relationship development
- Managing customer relationships from initial engagement through to ongoing account development
