We have an exciting opportunity to join a fantastic manufacturer and distributor of bathroom-based products. With a strong heritage, excellent product range, and reputation for quality, this is a fantastic time to join as the business focuses on growth across the UK.
Location
Ideally, you will be situated in Swindon, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Berkshire for the best access to the whole region.
Responsibilities
- This role is a mix of account management and business development across a range of customers that currently generates circa £3m and is growing; these include independent merchants, buying groups (PHG, FORTIS, IBMG, UKPS, MKM), national merchants and independent bathroom showrooms.
- Work autonomously and strategically to rebuild, develop and grow the region.
- Support and structure in place – but you’ll have freedom to shape your approach.
Qualifications
- Proven field sales experience in the bathroom, KBB, or interiors industry.
- Strong self-management and organisational skills – someone proactive, not reactive.
- A mix of commercial awareness, product passion, and relationship-building ability.
- Confident in managing both volume accounts and premium retail clients.
- Motivated by results and excited by the opportunity to grow a region from the ground up.
Salary and Benefits
Competitive + monthly bonus that is realistically another £10,000 + Hybrid Car + Benefits.
