We are supporting an international, market-leading manufacturer within the bathroom industry, that’s poised for huge growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to grow, service, and manage retail and trade accounts, including buying groups, national account stores, retail showrooms, and trade merchants. This role involves creating demand, building strong customer relationships, and positioning the company as the go-to solutions partner in the market. You will be managing a client base of circa 80-100 active clients.
- Work closely with buying groups, securing direct deals and building strong, long-term partnerships.
- Actively participate in industry shows, including KBB, HIX, Installer Show Live, and Screwfix Show, to promote the brand and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Drive sales growth across the area South East and South Central region, NOT inside The M25. The area is from BS, GL, BA, DT, SN, OX, RG, SP, BH, SO, PO, GU, HP, BN.
- Customer Training: Deliver tailored training plans to develop and secure brand advocates within customer accounts.
- Account Development: Work closely with distributors, national merchants, and independent showrooms to develop existing relationships and secure new business.
- Sales Initiatives: Present and execute sales initiatives that align with the company’s growth targets and sales cycles.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report market insights, identifying opportunities to enhance customer offerings and drive revenue.
- Product Promotion: Proactively sell the full product range (bathroom, kitchen, ceramics, and flushing systems), addressing gaps in customer portfolios.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong partnerships across key channels, working collaboratively with all internal teams.
