We’re partnering with a premium European interiors manufacturer recognised for design innovation, quality, and a strong presence within the kitchen retail and interiors market. Following continued year‑on‑year growth, they are now looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to manage and develop key relationships across the Greater London region.

Package: Circa £55,000 basic + £20,000 annual bonus (paid monthly) + fully electric company car; OTE Year 1: Circa £75,000

The Role:

  • Manage and grow a well‑established territory with over 200 active accounts and further opportunity to develop 100+ dormant or low‑spending customers
  • Build strong, long‑term partnerships with independent kitchen retailers (70%), electrical distribution partners (20%) and regional developers/contract clients (10%)
  • Drive sales through consultative account management, training, and promotional activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support new product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunities through a structured, planned approach

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an Area / Regional Sales Manager or Account Manager within the KBB / Interiors or electrical appliance sector
  • Experience managing a large geographical area, ideally within the Greater London region
  • Strong background in developing independent kitchen studios and trade partners
  • Commercially driven with a consultative approach and a passion for design‑led products
  • Based inside the M25 ideally
