ASQ International is delighted to partner with a leading British international school in Seoul to recruit an exceptional EYFS Lead Teacher for children aged 3–4 years. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years educator who is passionate about play-based, child-centred learning and ready to lead a dynamic classroom within a supportive international environment.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative Early Years team delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through enquiry-based learning in a nurturing, free-flow environment that encourages every child to flourish.

About the School

Our client is a well-established British international school group with multiple campuses across South Korea, delivering the EYFS and the National Curriculum for England within an enquiry-based learning framework. The school is recognised for its nurturing environment, high-quality pastoral care, and commitment to developing confident, independent learners through play-based and child-centred education.

  • Lead an EYFS class of children aged 3–4 years

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant subject
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.QTS or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification teaching experience
  • Recent experience teaching within the EYFS age range
  • Strong understanding of child development and play-based pedagogy
  • Experience in an international or British curriculum school is highly desirable
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • Passionate, nurturing and committed to providing outstanding Early Years education
