The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Education or Leadership (Preferred)
  • Valid teaching qualification and school leadership certification (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Principal, Head of School, or Senior Leadership role
  • Experience in international or American-curriculum schools
  • Strong understanding of IB, AP, or advanced academic programmes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead in a multicultural, multilingual school environment
