Wisbech Childrens Home is a small and nurturing home in Wisbech that cares for four young people between the ages of 8 - 18 with emotional and behavioural needs. Our young people are supported at the home and in the community and are encouraged to undertake various activities and hobbies to increase their confidence and sense of belonging. We have a lovely home that supports independence and self-care skills so the young people can be independent in the future. We are currently rated as Good with Ofsted but hope to improve on this further. Everyone that visits talks about how homely and child focused the home is.
Please note, we are only able to consider candidates with a full UK driving licence for this position.

- Do you have a wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting?
- Do you have a Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or be prepared to work for it?
- Do you put children and young people at the centre of all that you do?
- Do you have a full driving licence?
