About The School:

Aspris Telford School is an independent day school, located in an attractive semi‑rural setting just a short walk from the historic town of Ironbridge. Ours is a small school with a big heart. Members of our team are all committed to providing a positive and nurturing experience to our students, most of whom have had very negative experiences of school before coming to us.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting pupils day‑to‑day with their learning and wellbeing, helping to create a positive, safe, and welcoming environment where they can thrive.
  • Delivering small group and one-to-one sessions that inspire confidence, and spark curiosity and engagement with the enrichment and vocational curriculum, including activities in PE and Design & Technology (D&T).

  • A basic understanding of vocational pathways (such as BTEC) and an interest in helping pupils explore future opportunities in a practical, engaging way.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
