We are looking for a versatile, resilient and committed Teaching Assistant, who can adapt their practice wherever necessary. Dependent on your location, there is the possibility of a role at the Post 16 Skills Centre in New Milton.

Coxlease School, located in the heart of the New Forest in Lyndhurst, is a specialised independent school for children aged 9 to 18 with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) and other related conditions/needs. With a highly experienced team of staff and therapists, Coxlease School provides a nurturing and supportive environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
As a Teaching Assistant, your primary objective will be to provide personalised educational assistance to a specific pupil in need of additional support. Your role will involve building a strong rapport with the pupil, understanding their individual needs, and implementing strategies to enhance their learning experience. You will work collaboratively with the school staff, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the pupil\’s overall development and success.
