Due to expansion, Queenswood School are recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant/Teaching Assistant to join our education team! We are looking for versatile, resilient, and committed individuals who can adapt their practice across all key stages. The successful candidate will assist children with their work, support pupil behaviour, and establish good relationships with pupils by acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Queenswood School is located in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Situated in a peaceful rural setting, we are an independent, specialist school providing education and care for children and young people aged 11-19 years with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) difficulties and other needs. This includes ADHD, attachment disorder, ODD, PDA, MLD, SpLD, and ASC. Our goal is to unlock our students' potential, helping them develop knowledge, skills, and behaviours for a brighter future.
