Due to expansion, Tadley Court School is seeking to appoint an outstanding SEN teacher (qualified) to join our successful and forward‑thinking school. Tadley Court School is a specialist school with an Ofsted rating of Good with Outstanding features. The school is located in a beautiful semi‑rural setting with four acres of well‑maintained grounds.

We are a day school specialising in the education and care of children and young people aged 4 to 19 who all have a formal Autism diagnosis and either SLD or MLD. We have a healthy referral stream and proudly deliver values‑led education. The school offers career progression routes and attracts professionals who contribute to our sustained success while embracing a family ethos.

Our students have an ASD and SLD diagnosis and require patient staff willing to use specific techniques such as PECS (and Makaton) and apply TEACCH principles. Working at Tadley suits people experienced in mainstream primary teaching, as our school largely follows this model across all cohorts.

You will work in an enthusiastic and supportive phase which challenges students to be as independent as possible in learning and communication. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching some of the most vulnerable students and a genuine desire to make a difference to their lives and families.
