Aspris Tadley Court School is seeking a Teaching and Learning Support Lead (Primary) to join our education team.
You will support across an assigned key stage, embedding teaching and learning, promoting positive pupil behaviour and modelling best practice for staff, pupils and parents.
Responsibilities include leading a team of teaching assistants, coaching and appraising staff, and working with Phase Leads to ensure high standards and safeguarding throughout the school.
