We are seeking an experienced and creative Arts Teacher with a strong focus on Media and Music to join our committed and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a practitioner who is passionate about creative education and who can inspire young people through engaging, practical and meaningful learning experiences across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, including nationally recognised qualifications such as GCSEs, BTECs and other accredited pathways.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Design and deliver high‑quality creative arts provision with a particular emphasis on Media and Music
  • Teach across KS3, KS4 and KS5, adapting learning to meet a wide range of needs
  • Deliver and support national accreditation routes, including GCSE, BTEC and equivalent qualifications
  • Plan innovative, engaging lessons that build pupils’ skills, confidence and creativity
  • Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform next steps
  • Create a calm, inclusive and aspirational learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff and senior leaders
  • Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment opportunities within the creative arts

The Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Experience in teaching Creative Arts, Media and/or Music
  • Good working knowledge of GCSE, BTEC and other accredited programmes
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
