Aspris Children’s Services is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our 5-bed home in Rhondda, Wales. You will support young people aged 8 to 17, assist the Registered Manager in running the staff team, and oversee day-to-day activities within the home, ensuring a compassionate, safe environment.
The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare, plus previous residential childcare experience and a Full UK Driving Licence.
