Aspris Care is seeking a positive and caring Senior Support Worker to join our Children's Home in Leyland.
You will work as a senior member of the residential team, helping to safeguard and support our young people with compassion and a therapeutic approach.
The role requires Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, at least 18 months in residential care, and the ability to lead a team.
Flexible shift patterns including weekends and nights are involved.
