We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and caring individual who is looking to take the next step in their career. Our role offers you the opportunity to work as a Senior member of our Residential team and really make a difference to our young people. What are my responsibilities?

  • You will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.
  • Support across the home, working with the Registered Manager to provide the best possible care for our young people.
  • As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care’s philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.

What we ask from you?

  • Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.
  • Achieved your Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent.
  • Ability to interact with a range of people/young people.
  • Confidence and ability to lead a team of Support Workers.
  • To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.
  • Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour.
  • Shift work including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties on a rota system.
  • Full driving licence is essential.
