We are looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and caring individual who is looking to take the next step in their career. Our role offers you the opportunity to work as a Senior member of our Residential team and really make a difference to our young people.

You will be part of a team who are like-minded and dedicated to caring for our young people with compassion and a commitment to creating positive relationships.
What are my responsibilities…?
- You will actively safeguard and promote the welfare of our children and young people who live in the home.
- To support across the home, working with the Registered Manager to provide the best possible care for our young people.
- As a Senior Support Worker, you will provide high quality childcare practice, within Aspris Care’s philosophy, underpinned by a Person-Centred Values therapeutic approach.
What we ask from you…
- Minimum 18 months or more experience working within a residential setting.
- Achieved your Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma (Residential Childcare) or equivalent
- Ability to interact with a range of people/young people.
- Confidence and ability to lead a team of Support Workers.
- To be able to provide consistency of care and support to the young people.
- Experience working with children who may display challenging behaviour.
- Shift work including weekends, evenings, and sleep-in duties on a rota system.
- Full driving licence is essential.
