Our home in Symington is currently looking for a Senior Support Worker to join our team! We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to become an integral part of our support function. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. A key responsibility will be engaging in and managing each child's plan, ensuring these are handled with the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The successful candidate must hold an SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and be prepared to work towards their SVQ4 within the timeframe set by SSSC.

We provide a unique community-based environment supporting some of the most vulnerable children and young people in the country. The Aspris team helps children and young people aged 8 to 18 years to be fully included in the local community and to thrive beyond Aspris Scotland in the wider post-school world.

Note: Due to the location of this home and the nature of the role, candidates MUST have a full UK driving licence, as transportation of young people to external locations is required.
