Overview
Our home in Kilmarnock is recruiting for a Senior Support Worker now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will assist with the management of day-to-day operations within our services. Fundamental to your role will be the engagement in, and management of, each child’s plan and ensuring these plans are managed with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must hold an SVQ3 qualification for this role in Children and Young People (or equivalent) and be prepared to work towards their SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
