What The Role Looks Like
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide emotional support to our young people and help with day‑to‑day activities such as washing, dressing, and attending school. If you are working a weekend shift, you will be on‑site only for certain activities, allowing time for group outings such as theme parks, cinemas, or zoos. You’ll enjoy a lively work environment while still maintaining focus on the young people’s needs.
Our homes support young people with autism, learning difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health needs. While there are challenging moments, relationships built during tough times bring rewarding outcomes and long‑lasting memories.
