Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team, ensuring high standards of care and support for all children.
  • Plan and deliver activities that meet the individual needs of each young person.
  • Maintain safeguarding and child protection protocols and support professional development.
  • Ensure operational compliance and oversee resource management.

Qualifications

  • Wide range of experience as a childcare practitioner, having managed teams within a residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma/DipSW qualification or a commitment to attain one.
  • Put children and young people at the centre of all that you do.
  • Full driving licence.
