We are recruiting for a full-time Regional Referrals Coordinator to work with our schools in Scotland and East England. This position will be based at Sheridan School, IP26

The Role As Regional Referrals Coordinator, your role will be to support the Operations Director to maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of student referrals across the region. You will respond to all enquiries with a high level of professionalism, be the first point of contact for Local Authority customers, and communicate effectively with Aspris operation teams to support in identifying a school for the child within your allocated region.
You will coordinate the end-to-end process from receipt of referral through to acceptance of school placement. You will work closely with Aspris Commissioning Managers for dual placements and process efficiency. As part of the post holder\βs regional support activity to the Operations Director, you will additionally lead on the management and coordination of Individual Placement Agreements (IPAs), fees, and framework reporting, where required.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Is confident working independently and proactively using initiative to deliver solutions, taking a lead role in regard to specific processes/pieces of work with appropriate support if required.
- Has a strong knowledge of administrative processes
- Has proven experience in multitasking and who is highly skilled and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
- Has excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to manage a varied and busy workload to meet deadlines.
- At all times will work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the school.
